Q: Where can Pamper Parties be held?
A: The salon can be booked for an added cost of 20 pounds for up to 10 guests, or we can come to your home or chosen venue. Outside a 10 mile radius will incur an added cost.
Q: Do you provide food?
A: If we are coming to your home we do not provide food. If you book the salon we can provide A chocolate fountain and nibbles.
Q: How do I book?
A: To secure and book the date, you will need to pay a non refundable deposit. The balance is paid 24 hours before the day. We prefer you book one month in advance to ensure availability. Please ask for a booking form.
Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: We require 72 hours notice for a 100% refund. Anything less we regret we will not be able to refund the deposit.
We will not be able to give refunds for guests who don’t show up on the day or night
.
Important note:
Our therapists will refuse or terminate a treatment if there is any misconduct such as solicitation or suggestive comments and intoxication.
You will be liable for full payment of scheduled treatments.
Pregnancy
Some of the treatments are not suitable for women who are pregnant, have recently had a baby or who are breast feeding. Please let us know at the time of booking if there are any members of your party who come under this category.
